Conscience Of A Hacker

The author in a way compares that these different hackers are alike but at the same time he can relate and in a way i guess. he states that being a hacker is not a crime that it is only curiosity and i agree. his audience may be the government who catches these so called hackers and punishes them although what they have done is worse than just look for things out of curiosity.
