The First 50 Pages

So far i have read the beginning of the book called the outsiders. I have only been a couple of pages in and i really like it. I like how the story is set in a 90's type of way and how there are two groups the lower class (greasers) and the upper class (socs). Even though i haven't read so much i can tell that there is conflict and violence between both classes. I like how ponyboy (one of the main characters) has his two brothers to be there with him although one of his brothers, Darrel is always nagging at while his other brother sodapop is sweet and compassionate.
